At Nowo Nowo, we are committed to ensuring that every customer is completely satisfied with their shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen situations can occur and we are here to help.
Defective Product
Please inspect your products within 14 days of receiving your shipment. If something is damaged or missing, please contact us. Please document the damage to the product and packaging, preferably in the presence of the carrier. Depending on the product and your preference, we will refund part of the order value or send a replacement for the damaged part. To file a claim, keep the original product packaging.
Undamaged Product
You have the option to return an undamaged product new-new within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. A refund of the order value, less return shipping costs, will be made within 30 days from the date of cancellation. The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. If certificates of authenticity and other identification items were included in the package, they must also be returned.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before the status changes to “accepted for processing”, please contact us – we will refund 100% of the cost to your account: info@nowo-nowo.pl.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of acceptance.
Detailed Information on the Right of Cancellation
A customer who is a Consumer or has consumer rights may cancel the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. To do so, contact newly-new in writing to the address of the store or electronically to the e-mail address info@nowo-nowo.pl. After the declaration of withdrawal, the goods must be returned unaltered, without signs of use, in the original packaging. If the goods bear traces of use, the store may refuse to accept the shipment or reduce the returned amount.
Exclusions to the Right of Cancellation
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to non-refabricated items, manufactured to the Customer’s specifications or items that have been inseparably combined with other items after delivery.
Procedure for Return of Goods
The goods must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract, together with a statement of withdrawal, to the store’s warehouse address, after contacting the store’s staff at info@nowo-nowo.pl. The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Return of Payments
All payments, including delivery costs, will be returned to the Customer immediately, no later than 14 days after receipt of the statement of withdrawal. Return of payments made by credit card or electronic transfer will be made to the bank account from which the payment was made, unless the Customer indicates another method of return that does not generate additional costs.
Withholding of Return of Payment
The store may withhold the return of payment until it receives the goods back from the Customer or provides proof of their return, whichever event occurs first.
